| 摘 要： | 通过分析研究《医学正旨择要》第13卷泄泻篇，探讨该书所载的泄泻病的证治规律，认为该书诊治泄泻在病位上首重脾脏，在病因上首重湿邪，临床常见证型分为8种，并且特别强调风邪侵袭在泄泻病诊治上的重要地位。

| Abstract: | The author educes that the orderliness of syndrome and treatment of laxness is paying attention to spleen in position of disease and paying attention to dampness in pathogeny, sorting the syndrome of laxness into eight types in common, and the idea of emphasizing the importance of wind in diagnosing and treating laxness, by statistic analyzing on laxness part of the 13th volume of medical omnibus. |
