摘    要:目的:观察工频磁场暴露对MCF-7细胞p53mRNA表达的影响。方法:将人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞暴露或假暴露于60Hz,5mT工频场中4,8和24h,采用RT-CR方法定量分析照射后不同时间MCF-7细胞p53mRNA的表达水平。结果:工频磁场暴露4,8和24h,MCF-7细胞p53mRNA的表达水平保持不变,结论:工频磁场暴露对MCF-7细胞p53mRNA的表达没有影响。

Abstract:AIM To observe effects of power frequency magnetic fields on p53 mRNA expression in MCF 7 cells. METHODS Human breast cancer MCF 7 cells were exposed or sham exposed to 60 Hz, 5 mT magnetic field for 4, 8 and 24 h, and then p53 mRNA expression was detected by using RT PCR method. RESULTS p53 mRNA expression in MCF 7 cells was not altered after exposure to magnetic fields. CONCLUSION Exposure to power frequency magnetic fields has no effects on p53 mRNA expression.
