超声心动图、心电图诊断二尖瓣狭窄左房扩大的对比研究

目的]比较超声心动图、心电图在诊断二尖瓣狭窄左房扩大中的作用。方法]对121例二尖瓣狭窄患者行超声心动图及心电图检查,比较其左房扩大的检出结果。结果]超声心动检出的左房扩大者109例,占90%;心电图检出典型左房扩大者21例,占17%,双侧心房扩大者10例,占8.2%。超声心动图与心电图对左心房扩大的检出率有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论]超声心动图对二尖瓣狭窄所致的左房扩大反映的信息多,对临床和诊断的作用大,心电图检查也具有自己独特的诊断意义。

Comparison Research of Ultrasonic Cardiogram and ECG in Diagnosing Mitral Valve Stricture and Left Atrium Distension

Objective] To compare the function of ultrasonic cardiogram and ECG in diagnosing mitral valve stricture and left atrium distension.Method] 121 cases of mitral valve stricture were tested with ultrasonic cardiogram and ECG,compare their results concerning left atrium distension.Result] 109 cases were selected by ultrasonic cardiogram,occupying 90%;typical left atrium distension 21 by ECG,17%,and 10 cases of double atria distension also with ECG,8.2%.There's marked difference between the two tests(P<0.01).Conclusion] Ultrasonic cardiogram has more information on left atrium distension caused by mitral valve stricture,having big function on clinical diagnosis;ECG has its own unique diagnosis meaning.
