| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定感愈胶囊中绿原酸含量的方法。方法色谱柱：Ultimate XB-C18柱（5μm,4.6mm×250mm）;流速为1.0ml/min;柱温：25℃;流动相：乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液（15：85）;检测波长：327nm;进样量：10μl。结果绿原酸在浓度为6.15～61.50μg/ml时线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为97.56%;RSD为1.5%（n=6）。结论该方法简单、准确,可作为感愈胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Ganyu capsules.Methods Column：Ultimate XB-C18（5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm）;flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;the column temperature was 25℃;the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4%phosphate acid（15：85）;and the detection wavelength was 327 nm.Results The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid was at 6.15-61.50 μg/ml（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 97.56%（RSD=1.5%,n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for quality control of Ganyu capsules. |
