| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高压氧对腕舟状骨新鲜骨折的治疗效果。方法 腕舟状骨骨折患者 6 0例分为高压氧组和对照组 (各 30例 ) ;高压氧组在 0 .2 5MPa压力下 ,吸纯氧 6 0min ,每日 1次 ,共进行 30次治疗 ;对照组进行常规治疗。结果 高压氧组治愈 2 9例 (占 96 .7% ) ,对照组治愈 2 2例 (占 73.3% ) ,两组比较具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 高压氧治疗有促进腕舟状骨新鲜骨折愈合作用

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of hyperbaric oxygenation in patients with recent scaphoid fracture.Methods Sixty cases were divided into hyperbaric oxygenation group and the control group;in the hyperbaric oxygenation group,under 0.25 MPa pressure,patients inhaled pure oxygen for 60 minutes each day,and totally 30 times while in the control group patients received routine treatment.Results In the hyperbaric oxygenation group,29 cases recovered(96.7 %) while in the control group 22 cases recovered(73.3 %),and there was great difference between two groups( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygenation can promote the healing of scaphoid fracture. |
