| 摘 要： | 重度冻伤致毛细血管和小血管壁损伤，血液淤滞塞。是造成血液循环障碍而组织坏死的主要原因，本研究根据蝮蛇抗栓酶的降低血液粘度、去纤，抗凝，溶栓作用，治疗４９例重度冻伤患者，对改善肢体血液循环，促进组织修复，保留肢体长度等方面与未用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗的４５例比较收到显著效果。

| Abstract: | he injuries of capillary and wall of small vasculature,embolism,and blood stasis in severe frostbiteare important causes of blood circulation disorder which induce tissue necrosis.In present study,the ef-fect of Ahylysantinfarctase on treatment of severe frostbite was investigated in 49 patients for the last 3years.The results showed that the blood circulation,tissue repair and preservation of frostbitten limbswere improved significantly by use of Ahylysantinfarctase as compared to 45 cases of routine treatment.These results demonstrated that rapid rewarming,defibrination and lysothrombus might play an importantrole in the curative effect of treatment on severe frostbite. |
