精子活力和形态对常规IVF-ET胚胎质量的影响

目的对精子活力和形态与常规IVF-ET胚胎质量的关系进行探讨。方法分析251对在本中心接受IVF治疗的不孕夫妇男方患者前向运动精子总数和精子正常形态百分率对IVF受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、种植率和早期流产率的影响。结果当前向运动精子总数〈20×106时,卵裂率、优质胚胎率显著低于活力正常组（P〈0.05）,对IVF受精率、种植率、临床妊娠率、早期流产率无影响（P〉0.05）;当精子正常形态百分率〈4%时,受精率显著低于精子形态正常组（P〈0.05）,对卵裂率、优质胚胎率、临床妊娠率、种植率和早期流产率无影响（P〉0.05）。结论精子活力和形态与胚胎有一定关系,但是仅凭精子活力和形态预测胚胎质量有一定局限性。

Effect of human sperm vitality and morphology on conventional in vitro fertilization embryo quality

Objective To evaluate the effect of the human sperm vitality and morphology on conventional in vitro fertilization Embryo quality. Methods The data including the amount of progressive sperm,the proportion of sperm with normalmorphology. The rates of fertility,cleavage,good quality embryo,implantation,clinical pregnancy and miscarriage of 251 couples receiving IVF treatment were analyzed; the effects of the amount of progressive sperm and morphology on the rates of fertility,good quality embryo,implantation,clinical pregnancy and miscarriage were observed. Results When the amount of progressive sperm was less than 20 ×106,the rate of cleavage and good quality embryo was lower than those in normal vitality groups（ P ＆lt;0. 05）;when the proportion of sperm with normal morphology was less than 4%,the rate of fertility was lower than those in normal groups（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）. Conclusions Sperm vitality and morphology is related to quality embryo,which relationship is limited.
