标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗大面积脑出血的临床探讨

目的分析研究采用标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗大面积脑出血的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析总结2010年8月——2013年7月期间所遇到的脑出血患者,将符合条件60例脑出血患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者实施传统开颅手术治疗,实验组患者实施标准大骨瓣开颅手术治疗,对两种临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果实验组良好率为53.3%,死亡率为0.3%;对照组良好率16.6%,死亡率13.3%。临床结果显示,实验组显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论大面积脑出血采用标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗,可以获得明显的临床治疗效果,最大限度地挽救患者生命,进一步提高患者生活质量。

The standard large trauma craniotomy treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in large area

Objective Analysis of standard large trauma craniotomy for treating large areas of cerebral hemorrhage clinical effect.Methods A retrospective analysis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage summary encountered from August 2010 to July 2013 period, will qualify 60 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each. Patients in the control group received traditional craniotomy, the experimental group were implemented standard large trauma craniotomy, for both clinical outcomes were analyzed. Results The experimental group was 53.3% good, the mortality rate was0.3%; good rate of 16.6% in the control group, the mortality rate of 13.3%. Clinical results showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion A large area of cerebral hemorrhage using standard large trauma craniotomy treatment can achieve significant clinical effect, maximizing save the lives of patients, to further improve the quality of life of patients.
