颞下颌关节盘前移位的MRI诊断

目的探讨MRI对颞下颌关节盘前移位的诊断价值。方法收集经临床确诊的颞下颌关节紊乱病患者20例。完成40侧颞下颌关节斜冠状位、斜矢状位（coronal Pd＋T2tse,Me2d）成像,观察颞下颌关节盘的MRI表现。结果颞下颌关节盘可复性前移位27侧,关节盘均呈蝶结状或双凹形;不可复性前移位10侧,关节盘为不规则形,6侧伴有关节积液,8侧张口受限,5侧髁状突骨质磨损。结论 MRI能全面地观察颞下颌关节盘前移位的情况,是检查诊断颞下颌关节紊乱病重要、可靠的影像学方法。

Diagnostic value of MRI in patients with temporomandibular joint disc displacement

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI in patients with temporomandibular joint disc displacement. Methods Collected the clinically diagnosed patients with temporomandibular disorders 20cases and completed 40 lateral temporomandibular joint imaging,coronal Pd ＋ T2tse and Me2d were used to observe the MRI performance of temporomandibular joint disc. Results 27 lateral discs displacement with reduction were in the shape of butterflies or biconcave. 10 lateral discs displacement without reduction were irregular including 6 lateral of visible joint effusions,8 lateral of mouth opening restrictions,5 lateral of condylar abrasions. Conclusions MRI can comprehensively observed the temporomandibular joint disc displacement,it is an important and reliable imaging methods in checking and diagnosing temporomandibular disorders.
