连续缝合和间断缝合会阴创伤愈合情况比较

目的通过比较会阴侧切不同缝合技术,了解会阴伤口愈合情况。方法选择60例试验组即实施会阴侧切连续缝合的产妇对其会阴切口愈合情况、疼痛时间进行研究,并随机抽取60例对照组即实施会阴侧切间断缝合的产妇与之对照。结果试验组甲级愈合率明显高于对照组,其差异有显著意义（P〈0.001）,疼痛时间与对照组比较也有明显减少,其差异有显著意义（P〈0.001）。结论采取会阴侧切连续缝合技术,切口愈合率高,疼痛时间短,值得在产科临床应用和推广。

Comparison of continuous suture and intermittent suture in perineal incision healing

Objective To learn the perineal lacerations associated with the use of two techniques of the continuous suture versus the intermittent suture. Methods 60 parturients were selected as the experimental group who underwent the perineal incision using continuous suture,while 60 parturients were selected as the control group who underwent the intermittent suture. Then we tried to compare the clinical parameters including incision healing and pain time between the two groups. Results The perineal incision using continuous suture helped to improve the first wound healing rate. There is statistically significant difference in two groups（ P ＆lt;0. 001）. There was statistically significant difference in the use of pain time of two groups（ P ＆lt; 0. 001）. The perineal incision using continuous suture helped to reduce the pain time. Conclusions The continuous suture had the obvious advantage of improve incision healing rate and reduce pain time. So it is worth promoting vigorously.
