| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨采用眼后巩膜加固术联合颞浅动脉结扎术,治疗视网膜色素变性(Retinitis pigmentosa,RP)远期疗效。方法:随访观察,58例(115只眼)不同年龄视网膜色素变性联合手术患者术后3～5年视力及视野变化情况。结果:裸眼视力术后1、3、5年均稳定或较术前提高,差异具有显著性(p<0.05);术后视野1、3、5年均稳定或较术前扩大,差异具有显著性(p<0.05)。结论:眼生物膜植入联合颞浅动脉分流术是治疗RP有效、安全的方法。
