临床路径在腰椎间盘摘除术患者健康教育中应用的效果观察

目的：探讨应用临床路径对腰椎间盘摘除术患者实施健康教育的效果。方法：将70例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各35例,对照组接受常规健康教育,实验组按照临床路径方法进行健康教育,比较两组患者健康教育的效果。结果：实验组患者在掌握相关知识、技能、认知和行为改变的程度均高于对照组（P〈0.05）;患者满意度提高了17.1%;平均住院日及平均住院费用均低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：应用临床路径对椎间盘摘除术患者实施健康教育可改善健康教育的效果,提高患者满意度、降低医疗费用和缩短住院日。

Study of the effect of Clinical Pathway's being applied in health education to the patients treated with the operation of the prolapse of lumbar

Objective: To investigate the effect of Clinical Pathway in health education to the patients treated with the operation of the prolapse of lumbar.Method: 70 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were devided in two groups.35 case in contral group accepted common health education,while the other 35 cases of experiment group received Clinical Pathway.Result: The level of mastering relative knowledge,technique,understanding and behavior change was higher in the experiment group than that of control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction degree of the patients increased by 17.8%.Average hospital stay and hospital cost in experiment group was lower than that of group.Conclusion: Supplying clinical pathway to the patients treated with the operation of the prolapse of lumbar in heath education improve the effect of health education satisfy,reduce the medical cost and shorten the hospital stay and improve the nursing quality.
