腔镜甲状腺手术与传统手术的临床对照研究

目的:探讨腔镜甲状腺手术的可行性。方法:35例甲状腺肿瘤患者分别采用腔镜手术和常规手术,比较两组患者的住院时间、手术时间、出血量、手术并发症、术后引流量、患者对切口的满意度、住院费用、复发率等。结果:两组患者平均住院时间分别为(6.2±1.4)d与(5.8±2.1)d(P>0.05);平均手术时间分别为(1.8±0.4)h与(1.2±0.3)h(P<0.05);平均出血量分别为(15±6)ml与(37±16)ml(P<0.05);手术并发症分别为13.3%与15%(P>0.05);术后平均引流量分别为(50±6)ml与(48±10)ml(P>0.05);患者对切口满意度评分分别为(9.2±0.3)与(7.2±2.1)(P<0.05);平均住院费用分别为(5512±128)元与(3461±547)元(P<0.05);复发率分别为6.7%与10%(P>0.05)。结论:腔镜甲状腺手术安全,美容效果好,虽费用稍高,但与传统手术相比具有一定优势。

Clinical control study of laparoscopic thyroidectomy and traditional operation

Objective:To explore the feasibility of laparoscopic thyroidectomy.Methods:Thirty-five cases with thyroid neoplasms were divided into two groups.One group underwent laparoscopic operation and the other group underwent traditional operation.the of satisfaction for the incision,the expenditure,recurrence rate.The hospitalization,operative time,blood loss,complications,drainage,flow degree the expenses were compared.Results:The hospitalization of the two groups were(6.2±1.4)d and(5.8±2.1)d(P>0.05).The operative time were(1.8±0.4)h and(1.2±0.3)h(P<0.05).The blood loss were(15±6)ml and(37±16)ml(P<0.05).The complication rates were 13.3% and 15%(P>0.05).The drainageflow were(50±6)ml and(48±10)ml(P>0.05).The degree of satisfaction for incision was(9.2±1.3)and(7.2±2.1)(P<0.05).The expenditure were(5512±128)and(3461±547)(P<0.05).Conclusions:It is safe and has cosmesis effect.Though it's a cottle expersive.The laparoscopy has more advantages than open procedures.
