| 摘 要： | 目的调查医院住院患者抗菌药物的应用情况并对其合理性进行分析。方法随机抽取住院病历3000份，并对其中使用抗菌药物的病历作统计分析。结果该院住院患者抗菌药物的平均使用率为74．10％，其中使用单一抗菌药物的病例占76．7％，联合用药占23．3％。结论该院抗菌药物的临床应用基本合理，但仍有待进一步规范。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the status of antibiotics used in the inpatients of our hospital and to further analyze and discuss its rationality. Methods The case histories of 3 000 inpatients in our hospital were randomly sampled and the case histories containing antibiotics were statistically analyzed. Results Average percentage of antibiotics use in our hospital was 74. 10%, among which single antibiotics cases were 76.7%, combination antibiotics cases were 23.3%. Conclusion The use of antibiotics in our hospital is largely rational, but some measures remain to be taken for further standardization. |
