| 摘 要： | 目的对新疆圆柏新鲜叶的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶、大孔吸附树脂和Sephadex LH-20等色谱方法进行分离,利用理化手段和波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为雪松醇(1)、圆柏香豆素(2)、异柏油酸(3)、茵芋苷(4)、undulatoside A(5)、hypolaetin7-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(6)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(7)、紫丁香苷(8)。结论化合物4,5,6,7和8为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物4、5和8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To isolate and determine the chemical constituents from Juniperus sabina L.METHODS Eight compounds were isolated and purified by extraction and different kinds of column chromatography.The structures were determined on the basis of the physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.RESULTS The structures were elucidated as α-cedrol(1),coumasabin(2),isocupressic acid(3),skimmin(4),undulatoside A(5),hypolaetin 7-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(6) and quercetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(7),syringin(8).CONCLUSION Compound 4,5,6,7 and 8 are obtained from this plant for the first time,and compound 4,5 and 8 were isolated from Juniperus genus for the first time. |
