足月妊娠羊水过少的妊娠结局分析

目的了解足月妊娠羊水过少对妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析足月妊娠羊水过少246例孕妇的临床资料，选择羊水量正常的250例孕妇为对照，对羊水过少的病因及妊娠结局进行比较分析。结果研究组子痫前期、妊娠期糖代谢异常、胎儿生长受限、延期妊娠及脐带扭转或缠绕的发生率高于对照组（P〈0．05）；研究组剖宫产率、胎儿窘迫及足月小样儿的发生率高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论胎盘功能减退及脐带异常是引起足月妊娠羊水过少的高危因素；足月妊娠羊水过少的妊娠结局较差，应及时诊断并正确处理，以改善新生儿预后。

Pregnancy Outcome Analysis on Oligohydramnios of Term Pregnancy

Objective To investigate the impact on pregnancy outcome of oligohydramnios at term pregnancy. Methods To retrospective analyze 246 oligohydramnios and 250 normal amniotic fluid volume of term pregnancy women, Analyze etiology and outcomes of pregnancy for oligohydramnios. Results The rate of preeclampsia,abnormal glucose metabolism in pregnancy,fetal growth restriction（FGR）,prolonged preg- nancy and torsion of cord or cord entanglement in study group were higher than those in control grnap （P〈0.05）;The rate of caesarean see- tion,fetal distress and lower birth weight were higher in study group than those in control group（P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion Placenta and umbilical cord dysfunction are risk factors of oligohydramnios at term pregnancy;pregnancy outcomes of term pregnancy oligohydramnios are poor,we should diagnose timely and treat correctly to improve neonatal prognosis.
