| 摘 要： | 为了解含银离子的电冰箱内壁抗菌材料杀灭微生物效果与贮存稳定性,对其进行了载体定量杀菌试验。结果,在20℃条件下作用24h和48h,对涂染在抗菌材料载体上的大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率均达99.99％,作用72h对白色念珠菌的杀灭率亦达99.99％;模拟现场试验证明,在6℃条件下作用72h,对白色念球菌的杀灭率达94C.92％;该材料在54℃放置14d,作用24h对白色念珠菌的杀灭率由99.95％下降为95.28％,杀菌效果受到影响。 |

| Abstract: | The disinfectant material is a solid containing Ag+. In order to know its germicidal efficacy and storing stability, carrier quantitative germicidal test was carried out. The results showed that the killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli dwelling at the antibacterial material carriers for 24 h and 48 h respectively at 20℃ was 99.99% and that of Candida albicans dwelling at the antibacterial material for 72 h was also 99.99%. The killing rate of Candida albicans dwelling at the antibacterial material for 72 h at 6℃ was 94.92% in simulated on-the-spot test. After storing at 54℃ for 14 d, its efficacy in killing Candida albicans dwelling at the antibacterial material for 24 h decreased from 99.95% to 95.28%. |
