| 摘 要： | 20世纪60年代及其以后的性伦理变革对艾滋病传播、流行有直接或间接的影响，但遵守性伦理也不是根治艾滋病的灵丹妙药，因为完全回归到传统性伦理的框架内或者重建构建起新的、单一的性伦理在当前都不是很现实的。在可预见的未来，艾滋病防治技术的突破性发展并不会给人们带来下一场性伦理的巨大变革。

| Abstract: | The changing of sexual ethics influenced directly and indirectly the AIDS transmission and prevalence since 1960s. However, the compliance with sexual ethics is not the key solution to AIDS infection because it is unrealistic for modem people to return back to the traditional ethics framework, or constructing a new and unitary sexual ethics. In the predicable future, sexual ethics will not great changing with the technological breakthrough in the AIDS prevention and treatment. |
