| 摘 要： | 目的观察俯卧对预防早产儿呕吐的效果。方法对48例早产儿按随机方法分为治疗组和对照组，两组早产儿均放置在婴儿培养箱内。对照组采用仰卧位；治疗组在每次喂奶后30min给予俯卧位。结果治疗组呕吐及胃食管反流发生的次数少于对照组，治疗效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论俯卧位能减少早产儿呕吐及胃食管反流的次数。
