深圳市儿童家长预防接种知识及其影响因素的分析

目的了解深圳市儿童家长预防接种知识并对其影响因素进行分析,为开展预防接种相关健康教育提供依据。方法按照分层随机抽样的方法抽取32家预防接种门诊,对预防接种儿童的父母开展预防接种知识调查,采用SPSS 11.0软件对资料进行统计分析。结果深圳市儿童家长预防接种知识掌握较好,获取相关知识的途径主要来自医生告知和预防接种告知书。Logistic回归分析结果显示,影响儿童家长预防接种知识的因素包括户口类别、儿童父亲的文化程度及母亲的职业特征。结论应根据不同的人口特征(如流动人口),开展多种形式的健康教育,以加强预防接种知识的普及。

Analysis on the Knowledge of Immunization and Influential Fators Among Children''''s Parents in Shenzhen

Objective To know the knowledge of EPI and influential factors among children's parents in Shenzhen,and to provide basis for health education on EPI.Method Thirty-two out-patient clinics were selected randomly and about 1 610 parents were investigated,all data were handled by SPSS 11.0.Results The knowledge of EPI among Children's Parents in Shenzhen is being mastered better,doctor's suggestion and notification were their main way acquiring the knowledge of EPI,and the influential factors included origin,facther's education and mother's occupation.Conclusions The education of EPI should be strengthened by different styles based on different character,such as education,occupation,especially in floating people.
