| 摘 要： | 目的：加强对血液透析患者心理护理,使患者能够更好的配合医护人员,达到充分透析提高生活质量。方法：根据患者不同的心理状态,进行有针对性的沟通及心理干预。结果：患者愿意接受心理护理,透析效果显著,生活质量明显提高。结论：针对性的心理护理对长期透析患者有显著意义。

| Abstract: | Objective： Strengthening the psychological nursing to hemodialysis patients can make the patients work with doctors and nurses better to achieve adequate dialysis and improve the quality of life. Method： Carry on targeted communication and psycho- logical intervention according to different psychological state of patients. Results： Patients who become willing to accept psychological nursing and the dialysis is significantly effective and quality of life is improved obviously. Conclusion： Targeted psycholog- ical nursing have a great significance to long--term dialysis patients |
