卵巢恶性肿瘤患者血清TSA、LSA检测的临床意义

摘    要:目的 :探讨卵巢恶性肿瘤患者血清总唾液酸 (TSA)、脂质结合唾液酸 (LSA)检测的临床意义。方法 :检测卵巢恶性肿瘤患者血清TSA和LSA含量 ,并与健康女性及卵巢良性肿瘤患者比较。结果 :卵巢恶性肿瘤患者血清TSA、LSA含量明显高于良性肿瘤及健康对照者 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 0 1) ,且血清TSA、LSA含量随卵巢恶性肿瘤临床分期的加重而升高 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :提示血清TSA、LSA含量的测定可用于卵巢良、恶性肿瘤鉴别及早期卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断 ,并有助于了解卵巢恶性肿瘤患者术后病情变化、估计预后、观察疗效以指导临床治疗方案的及时更改

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of testing the total saliva acid (TSA) and the lipopathy saliva acid (LSA) of ovary malignant tumor patient. Methods:The content of TSA and LSA in the blood serum of ovary malignant tumor patient were tested and the comparison between these and those of a healthy female and innocent tumor patient were made. Results:The content of serum TSA and LSA of the ovary malignant tumor patient was obviously higher than that of the healthy female and the innocent tumor patient ( P<0.01, P<0.001), and the content of the serum TSA and LSA was increasing with the clinical deterioration stage of ovary malignant tumor ( P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion:The test result of serum TSA and LSA content can be used to identify the innocent ovary tumor and malignant ovary tumor, and to use in the early diagnosis of ovary malignant tumor.It is conducive to understand the patient's condition after operation, estimate the recovering, observe the curing effect and guide the timely change of the clinical curing plan.
