摘    要:超声引导下神经阻滞是近年来逐渐兴起的周围神经阻滞技术,这项技术得到国内外麻醉界的重视。其最大优点为能够实时显示目标区域的解剖结构。相关研究表明高频超声能够让麻醉科与疼痛科医生实时地掌握进针位置及局部麻醉药的分布情况,可提高阻滞的安全性、改善阻滞效果,提高患者的舒适性。本文为超声引导下神经阻滞的第一部分,主要介绍上肢神经阻滞,包括肌间沟入路,锁骨上入路,锁骨下入路以及腋路臂丛神经阻滞的方法。

Abstract:Ultrasound-guided nerve block is a new technique of peripheral nerve block in recent years. This technique has been intensively focused by anesthetists. Its significant advantage is ability to provide anatomic examination of the injected area in real-timeo Recent studies have indicated that direct visualization of the distribution of local anaesthetics with high-frequency probes can improve the anesthetic quality and avoid the complications accompanied by the traditional procedures. t Upper limb blocks, including interscalene, supra-and infraclavicular and axillary approaches, are described and discussed in the first part of this article.
