| 摘 要： | 将2006年8月-2007年10月住院的TIA患者67例，随机分为两组。一组应用奥扎格雷钠160mg，一组应用复方丹参20mL，共治疗2周。分别于治疗前、治疗7d、治疗14d，测定CD62p、CD63表达。选取40名正常人作为健康对照组。结果血小板表达CD62P、CD63在TIA患者中显著增高，奥扎格雷治疗TIA患者效果显著，治疗后CD62p、CD63快速下降。

| Abstract: | 67 TIA patients in our hospital in the period from August 2006 to October 2007 were divided into two groups randomly,one group with 36 sodium Ozagrel cases and one group with 31 conventional therapy cases and all the patients accepted the treatment for 2 week.The expression levels of CD62p and CD63 before treatment,7 days after treating 14 days after treating.40 normal people were chosen to be control group.Expressions of CD62p and CD 63 in platelets are significantly high in patients with TIA.The effect of treatment with Ozagrel in the patients with TIA is obviously improved.After treatment the levels of CD62p and CD63 were decreased quickly. |
