注射性肌挛缩症的病理改变与细胞膜标志酶及胰岛素受体变化的研究

摘    要:以注射性肌挛缩症动物模型为过度愈合范例,对注射性肌挛缩症的病理改变及其与细胞膜标志酶及胰岛素受体的变化进行动态观察。结果该病病理改变为结缔组织过度增生,属过度愈合范畴。在注射药物1周内,以横纹肌细胞坏死、炎性细胞浸润为主,未见成纤维细胞增生及胶原纤维沉积,细胞膜标志酶活性及胰岛素受体特异性结合率均低;1周后伴随成纤维细胞增生、胶原纤维沉积不断增加的同时,细胞膜标志酶及胰岛素受体亦逐渐增高。以上结果表明,过度愈合的发生可能与细胞膜标志酶及胰岛素受体的变化有关。

Abstract:The animal model ofmuscle contracture caused by injection wasset up in the experiment. We used themodel for excessive healing studies andresearched the changes in its pathology,and activity of phosphochesteraseand insulin receptor in this model. Theexperimental results revealed that thepathologic changes belonged to excessiveproliferation of connective tissue (exces-sive healing). When occurred muscledegeneration, infiltration of inflammatorycells, proliferation of fibroblasts anddescending of collegen fibers, the activitylevel phosphochesterase and insulinreceptor became higher. The excessivehealing occurrence may have somethingto do with the changes of phosphochester-ase and insulin receptor.
