灵芝胶囊中多糖含量及稳定性研究

摘    要:目的:考察不同厂家和批号的灵芝胶囊中的多糖含量及稳定性。方法:采用分光光度法及恒温加速试验法,以灵芝胶囊中多糖为测定指标。结果:不同厂家及批号的灵芝胶囊中多糖含量有较大差异,其胶囊的有效期为1.12年。结论:该方法简便、准确易行。

Abstract:Objective:By comparison of the polysaccharide content and stability in products of different manufacturers to investigate the quality of ganoderma capsules.Methods:The polysaccharide content in ganoderma capsules was determined spectrophotometrically and its stability was evaluated at constant temperature by using accelerated method.Result:There were great difference in polysaccharide content in ganoderma capsule products from different manufacturers with an average expiring date of 1.12 years.Conclusion:The methods adopted in the study are simple and convenient.
