蚯蚓纤溶酶同工酶的分析

摘    要:对4种蚯蚓(赤子爱胜蚓、栉盲环毛蚓、通俗环毛蚓、威廉环毛蚓)进行粗提,将所得样品作活性印迹试验,观察同工酶谱以及经还原后谱带的变化情况,并对这4种蚯蚓活力大小进行比较,发现威廉环毛蚓总活力最高,其经过PAGE电泳后同工酶FE2活力最高。

Abstract:Make active blotting experiments by what we get afte r extracting the four earthworms (Eisenia foelide, Pheretima pectinifera Michaelsea, Pheret ima vulgaris chen, Pheretima guillelmi)and a little share reduced by mercaptoethan ol ,and observe the difference of isoenzyme spectrums. Compared the activity of th e four earthworms, we concluded Pheretima guillelmi is the best for fibrino lyti c enzyme purification, then we further find the second isoenzyme in PAGE gel get s the highest activity .
