舒适护理在甲状腺手术患者的应用

目的探讨舒适护理在甲状腺手术患者的应用，使手术患者安全舒适地接受手术。方法将150例甲状腺手术患者随机分为观察组78例，对照组72例。观察组应用舒适护理模式，对照组应用传统护理模式，对比2组患者紧张度缓解、血压、心率、满意度、术后头痛等指标差异。结果观察组在缓解术前紧张情绪和满意度方面明显高于对照组，P〈0．01，在血压、心率、术后头痛等方面明显低于对照组，P〈0．01，差异有高度显著性。结论舒适护理是人性化关怀式的整体护理，是护理观念的升华，让患者在温馨、愉快的环境中接受手术。

Application of comfortable nursing care to the patients scheduled for thyroidectomy

Objective To investigate the application of comfortable nursing care to the patients scheduled for the operation of thyroidectomy with the aim of making the patients receive thyroidectomy safely and comfortably.Methods 150 cases undergoing thyroid gland surgery were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group(n=78) and the control group(n=72).The comfortable nursing mode was performed in the experiment group,but the traditional nursing mode in the control group.The differences on the indexes of anxiety relief,blood pressure,heart rate and post-operation pains were observed in the two groups.Results The anxiety relief before the operation and the contentment scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with P<0.01.And the complications such as anxiety,hypertension,tachycardia and headache in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with P<0.01.There was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions As a holistic nursing,the comfortable nursing care raises the nursing concept to a higher level,making the patients receive the surgery in a kindly and pleasant environment.
