| 摘 要： | 目的和营通络法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效.方法随机将病人分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上,加服和营通络汤,两组连续治疗30d后,观察所有入选病例肌电图、血浆内皮素（ER）、一氧化氮（NO）、血栓素（TXB2）等指标改善情况及有无毒副反应.结果治疗组在临床综合疗效,神经传导速度改善方面,均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）,而且能明显降低血中ET、TXB2水平（P＜0.05）,升高NO水平（P＜0.05）,治疗中未发现明显毒副反应.结论和营通络法治疗DPN安全、有效,值得临床应用推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Heying Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of DNP.Method We randomly divided the patients into treatment group and control group.The latter was treated by routine western medicine,while the former was combined with Heying Tongluo Decoction besides that.After 30 days we examined the index of myography,ET,NO, TXB2 and the side effect.Result In the treatment group combined clinical therapeutic effect and improvement of the nerve conductivity velocity are better than that of control group(P<(0.05)).The ET,TXB2 level in the blood has been lowered(P<0.05),NO has been improved(P<0.05).No side effect has been found.Conclusion Heyin Tongluo Decoction has a safe and effective influence on DNP,thus is worth a wide application. |
