| 摘 要： | 目的研究早产儿的气质类型分布特点。方法采用上海第二医科大学附属新华医院修订的儿童气质测查问卷及一般情况问卷对314例早产儿进行气质测查。结果314例早产儿中气质类型分布易养型60例（18．6％），中间型182例（56．3％）难养型81例（25．1％），性别、年龄等比较无统计学意义。结论早产儿气质类型分布与正常婴幼儿不同，具有独特的分布特点，对难养型儿童需通过特殊的教养方式适当干预。
