蛞蝓多糖提取工艺的优选

目的优选蛞蝓多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法用水提取法从蛞蝓中提取多糖,从醇沉浓度、浸提温度、浸提比和浸提时间4个因素入手,进行正交优化试验。结果醇沉浓度、浸提温度为有极显著意义的因素,浸提比对多糖含量也有一定影响。综合考虑最佳提取工艺为醇沉浓度70%,浸提温度60℃,浸提比1:2,浸提时间4h。结论优选的蛞蝓多糖水提醇沉工艺经济、稳定、可行。

Study on the Optimum Extraction Process of Limax Polysaccharide

Objective To optimize the extraction process of limax polysaccharide.Methods Involed in the four factors,alcohol strength,extraction temperature,water volume used and extraction time,do the water extraction process by orthogonal test.Results The resutlt show that the most important factors are alcohol strengthand extraction temperature.Water volume used on the polysaccharide content is also affected. Conclusion The optimized process is ecomomical,stable and efficient.
