强直性脊柱炎患者外周血辅助性T细胞亚群变化及药物干预

强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)是一种慢性进行性自身免疫性疾病,发病早、病程长、致残率高,且好发于青少年。因此AS早期诊断和治疗至关重要。近年来,研究表明AS发病可能与辅助性T细胞(T help cell,Th)亚群有关。Th细胞亚群分泌促炎抑炎细胞因子失衡,机体免疫功能受损,致AS发病。当前一些针对Th细胞亚群的药物运用于临床,虽取得一定疗效,但未取得预期理想效果,因此进一步深化Th细胞亚群的研究将为揭示AS发病机制并制定相应的免疫治疗策略提供新的理论依据和思路。

Changes of Peripheral Blood T Help Cell Subsets in Ankylosing Spondylitis Patients and the Study on Pharmacological Interventions

Ankylosing spondylitis （AS） is a chronic progressive autoimmune disease with early onset, long course and high morbidity which tends to occur in adolescents and young adults, so it is essentially important to make the diagnosis and treatment of AS as soon as possible. In recent years, studies have shown that T help cell subsets may be related to the development of AS which secrete proinflammatory cytokines and inflammatory cytokines. Once the balance between proinflammatory cytokines and inflammatory cytokines is broken, the immunity function of the body begin dysfunctional and AS occurred as a consequence. In clinical practice, drugs against Th cells are used and have very good efficacy. Therefore, further research on T help cell subsets will provide new theoretical basis and treatment clues for AS.
