小细胞肺癌转化研究的探索

小细胞肺癌约占肺癌总数的15%～20%,具有高侵袭性,易早期发生转移。30年来小细胞肺癌的治疗一直进展缓慢,迫切需要新的治疗策略提高小细胞肺癌的疗效。医学转化研究是目前研究的热点,有助于研究小细胞肺癌的异质性以及探索适合的生物标志物,从而指导临床治疗。本文就小细胞肺癌的起源、循环肿瘤细胞、分子标志物、发病机制及靶向治疗等方面进行综述,以探讨小细胞肺癌转化研究的进展。

Exploration of translational research on small cell lung cancer

Small-cell lung cancer(SCLC) accounts for 15%～20% of lung cancers and it has a high propensity for early metastatic dissemination.Since few improvements in treatment effectiveness have been seen over the past 30 years,new treatment strategies for improving therapeutic effect are urgently needed.Medical translational research,emerged as a hot topic of current studies,contributes to understand the heterogeneity of SCLC and to explore biomarkers to guide clinical treatment.In this review,we focused on the origin and pathogenesis of SCLC,circulating tumor cells in peripheral blood system,molecular markers,and targeted therapy.We will highlight the advance in translational research on SCLC and the future direction in research of SCLC.
