非地方性氟中毒病区流行病学调查结果分析

摘    要:目的了解非地方性氟中毒病区居民氟斑牙、骨关节疼痛症状、体征检出率,为地方性氟中毒临床诊断、防治提供参考。方法检测居民饮水氟含量,成人尿氟含量,调查儿童及成人氟斑牙检出率,骨关节疼痛症状、肢体功能障碍体征检出率。结果居民饮水氟含量为0.2~0.3mg/L;成人尿氟含量0.18~1.65mg/L(平均0.68mg/L);7岁以上人群氟斑牙检出率平均7.3%;骨关节症状检出率19.3%,以腰、膝疼痛检出率最高,分别为13.0%和6、3%,其中1个关节疼痛症状者21人(9.4%),2个症状者18人(8.1%),有3个症状者4人(1.8%);没有检出关节活动受限和肢体功能障碍体征。结论非地方性氟中毒病区居民可有氟斑牙发生以极轻度改变为主,不是氟中毒结果。劳动后关节疼痛(腰、膝多发)在农村居民中常见几乎发生在各年龄组,疼痛关节数量少于3个,这些改变与氟中毒不同。

Abstract:Objective To understand positive rate of dental fluorosis, painful symptom and sign of bone and joint, in order to provide reference material on diagnosis of endemic fluorosis. Methods The fluoride content in drinking water and urine of adult was detemined. Rate of dental fluorosis of aged 7 and up wards, and rate of painful symptom and sign of bone and joint was investigated.Results The fluoride content was 0.2 to 0.3 mg/L and 0.18 to 1.65 mg/L(averaged 0.60mg/L) in drinking water and urine of adult respectively. Rate of dental fluorosis was averaged 7.3%, rate of painful symptom was 19.3% and no fingding the sign of to limited for joint. Conclusions Dental fluorosis of slight degree was majority in non endemic area and painful symptom was occur freguently in inhabitant of rural area, but under three joint was there where was different above-mentioned compare with endemic fluorosis.
