| 摘 要： | 目的]观察双重介入治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。方法]经动脉灌注化疗与栓塞联合腹腔温热化疗塑疗堕期胃癌43例。结果]临床症状均有不同程度的改善，总有效率(CR PR)61．2％，1年生存率58％。结论]双重介入治疗晚期胃癌毒副作用小．近期疗效高。

| Abstract: | To investigate the value of dual interventional therapy in the treatment for advanced gastric carcinoma.Forty-three cases with advanced gastric carcinoma were treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)and intraperitoneal perfusion hyperthermic chemotherapy.Of the43patients,the overall response rate(CR+PR)was61.2%,1-year survival rate was58%.Conclusion]Combination of TACE and intraperitoneal perfusion hyperthermic chemotherapy for advanced gastric carcinoma is effective and less side effects. |
