Research progress and coutermeasures of hospital violence among nurses

In recent years, more and more nurses have suffered from hospital violence, which has evolved into serious medical industry and even social problems. This article described the hazards and concept of hospital violence, showed the current status of hospital violence among domestic and foreign nurses, analyzed the causes and characteristics of the hospital violence among nurses, and proposed corresponding countermeasures.
