昆虫生长调节剂扑虱灵的毒性和诱变性观察

摘    要:报道了新一代农药昆虫生长调节剂扑虱灵的急性、亚急性毒性和致突变性试验结果。扑虱灵SD大鼠经口急性LD_(50)雄性为6810mg/kg,雌性为5010mg/kg,经皮LD_(50)雌雄两性均>5000mg/kg。90天喂养亚慢性试验12500ppm组,动物体重增长率非常显著的降低,心、肝、肾、脾脏体比显著异常,肝肾功能和血红蛋白量有轻度改 ,2500ppm 组也出现毒性症状,据推算扑虱灵毒性阈剂量为250mg/kg,最大无作用剂量为50mg/kg。Ames和小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验结果均为阴性,提示扑虱灵无致突变性。

Abstract:This paper reports the resulres of acute, subchronic, and mutation tes on Buprofezin. The LD_(50) of SD rats per OS were 6810 mg/kg in male and 50l0mg /kg in female.The LD_(50) of SD rats percutaneous in both female and male were 5000 mg/kg.SD rats were treated with Buprofezin in the diet at levels of 12500,2500,500, 100 and O ppm for a period of 90 days to determine the toxicities associated with subchronic exposure. Experimental results as follows: at 12500 ppm dose level the ratios of weight gain in animls markedly decreased. Organ-body waight ratios in the main orgns including the heart, liver, and spleen apparently increased.The liver and kidney functions were slightly abnormal. At 2500ppm dose level, toxic effects on rats were also manifertated.On the basis of the above results of subchronic test we recommend that 250mg/kg dose level as the LImch of Buprofezin, and 50mg/kg dose level as the MEL (Maxium No of fect Level) of Buprofezin. Negative reactions in both Ames test and MN test suggest that Buprofezin is not a mutagen.
