| 摘 要： | 为探讨中医药治疗胆囊切除术后胆道动力障碍(PCBD)的临床疗效，对45例不同证型PCBD患者采用疏肝利胆和胃方加减治疗。结果：45例PCBD患者中治愈21例，有效19例，无效5例，总有效率为88．89％。提示：中医疏肝利胆和胃法治疗PCBD具有确切疗效，值得推广。

| Abstract: | To study the clinical effects of Chinese medicine on post-cholecystectomy blooked dynamia (PCBD), 45 subjects were treated by discharging liver, disinhibiting gallbladder and harmonizing stomach. Results: Among 45 cases, 21 cases were cured, 19 cases improved and 5 cases failed, with the total effective rate of 88.89%. It is indicated that this therapy has positive effects on PCBD. |
