| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经皮肾微造瘘输尿管肾镜取石术(min-PCNL)在输尿管上段结石的应用价值.方法:回顾分析min-PCNL治疗104例输尿管结石的临床资料.结果:Ⅰ期穿刺取石成功率99.03%(103/104),5例Ⅱ期取石,平均手术时间105 min,平均住院时间7 d,3例加用ESWL,2例并发输尿管穿孔,1例并发出血,3例术后72 h内出现高热.结论:min-PCNL在复杂性输尿管上段结石治疗中应为首选.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the value of minimally invasive perctaneous nephrolithotony(min-PCNL) in upper ureteric calculi.Method: Retrospective study of 104 cases of upper ureteric calculi treated with min-PCNL.Result:The success rate of one-stage min-PCNL was 99.03%,5 patients used two-stages min-PCNL.Average operation time was 105 mintutes,average hospitalization stay was 7 days.3 patients with residual required ESWL,2 patients complicated with ureter perforation,1 patients complicated with severe hemorrhage,high fever happened in 3 patient postoperative 72 hours.Conclusion: Minimally invasive perctaneous nephrolithotony is the best way in treating complicated upper ureteric calculi. |
