血清降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白以及白细胞介素6在小儿急性上呼吸道感染中的临床诊断价值

目的：探讨血清降钙素原（PCT）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）对小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床诊断价值,为疾病诊断以及临床治疗提供依据.方法：分别收集100例急性上呼吸道感染患儿标本,其中细菌感染组和病毒感染组各50,并与50例健康体检儿童进行对照,采用相关检测方法对PCT、hs-CRP、IL-6等指标进行检测并对结果进行分析.结果：细菌感染组血清PCT、hs-CRP与IL-6水平明显比病毒感染组与对照组都要高,且差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;而病毒感染组PCT、hs-CRP与IL-6水平正常或轻度升高,与健康对照组之间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.血清PCT、hs-CRP与IL-6水平对诊断细菌引起的急性上呼吸道感染诊断价值以PCT最高.结论：血清PCT与hs-CRP、IL-6相比较,血清PCT对小儿细菌性急性上呼感染肺炎具有更高的诊断价值,这对于小儿急性上呼吸道感染早期诊断及治疗具有重要的实用价值及临床意义.

Clinical Application of Serum Procalcitonin,High-sensitive C-reactive Protein and Interleukin-6 in Children with Acute Respiratory Infections

Objective： To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of serum procalcitonin （PCT）, high-sensitivity c-reactive protein （hs-CRP） and interleukin-6 （IL-6） for children with acute respiratory infections to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 100 cases of acute respiratory infections specimens from children were collected, which included the bacterial infection group （50 cases） and viral infection group （50 eases） compared with healthy control group （50 cases）. Related methods were applicated to detect the levels of PCT, hs-CRP and IL-6 and the results of indicators were analyzed. Rsults Thelevels of PCT, hs-CRP and IL-6 in bacterial infection group was higher than viral infection group and the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; while PCT, hs-CRP and IL -6 levels in viral infection group were normal or slightly elevated and there was no significant difference （P〉 0.05） compared with the healthy control group. Serum PCT had the highest diagnostic value diagnosis in the children with acute respiratory infections among indicators. Conclusions Serum PCT has a higher diagnostic value compared with hs-CRP and IL-6 for acute respiratory infections in children with bacterial pneumonia It is crucial for early diagnosis and treatment in children with acute respiratory infections.
