复方血栓通颗粒HPLC指纹图谱的研究

摘    要:目的 建立复方血栓通颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,对该制剂进行质量控制.方法 采用Thermo ODS-2 C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%(体积分数)H3PO4为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为270 nm,检测时间为60 min.采用2009年版《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》软件,对15批次复方血栓通颗粒指纹图谱的相似度进行评价.结果 15批次复方血栓通颗粒指纹图谱中有14个共有峰,15批样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱的相似度均大于0.90.结论 该方法简便、稳定、重复性好,可用于复方血栓通颗粒的质量控制.

HPLC fingerprint for Fufang Xueshuantong Granules

Abstract:Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint for Fufang Xueshuangtong Granules for the quality control. Methods HPLC was performed on Thermo ODS-2 C18 column ( 4.6 min× 150 mm ,5 μm) coupled with a C 18 guard column, and the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1%H3PO4 in gradient elution mode at 270 nm with detection time of 60 minutes.The similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM(2009) was employed on 15 samples.Results 14 common peaks were observed in the fingerprints, and the similarity between peaks was more than 0.90. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive. This HPLC fingerprint may be used for the quality control of Fufang Xueshuangtong Granules.
