胰腺癌干细胞表面标志物的研究进展

胰腺癌预后极差。近年来,肿瘤干细胞理论引起人们的关注。对胰腺癌干细胞自我更新和耐药机制的深入研究可能会发现对胰腺癌更有效的治疗措施。目前许多实体瘤肿瘤干细胞的分离鉴定还相当困难,主要是因为缺乏特异的肿瘤干细胞分子标志。现对胰腺癌干细胞表面标志物的研究现状作一综述。

Research Progress in Stem Cell Markers of Pancreatic Cancer

The survival rates of pancreatic cancer have seen minimal improvement over the past few decades. Biomarkers play a promising role in the development of personalized treatments for patients with pancreatic cancer. Prognostic biomarkers,such as cancer stem cell markers, provide valuable insight into the biological processes of disease. As research progresses,more evidence will provide clinieians with guidelines on the utilization of biomarkers to accurately stage and tailor personalized treatment to the needs of pancreatic cancer patients. This review aims to explore the pancreatic cancer stem cell markers.
