| 摘 要： | 目的观察肝癌衍生生长因子（HDGF）在子宫内膜癌中的表达状态，并探讨其与子宫内膜癌临床病理参数之间的关系。方法采用sP免疫组织化学方法检测82例子宫内膜癌、22例子宫内膜不典型增生、20例正常子宫内膜组织的HDGF表达情况。结果正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜不典型增生及子宫内膜癌组织中的HDGF阳性表达率逐渐升高，分别为13．0％（3／20）、22．7％（5／22）、37．8（31／82），3组间差异有统计学意义（X^2=92．447，P〈0．001）。HDGF蛋白阳性表达率与子宫内膜癌的FIGO分期正相关（P〈0．001），与患者生存时间负相关（P=0．017）。结论HDGF蛋白的阳性表达可能与子宫内膜癌的预后不良相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of hepatoma-derived growth factor （HDGF） in endometrial carcinoma （EC） , and the correlation of HDGF and pathological parameters of EC. Methods 82 cases of endometrial cancer （ EC ）, 22 cases of endometrial atypicalhyperplasia （ EAH ） and 20 cases of normal endometrium （NE） were collected. The expression of HDGF was examined by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of HDGF in EC tissues was higher than that in EAH and NE tissues （X^2= 92.447, P〈0.001 ）. In addition, HDGF expression was positively correlated with FIGO stage （ P〈 0.001 ） , and negative with survival rates （P = 0.017）. Conclusion The expression of HDGF is a potential unfavorable factor for the progression and prognosis of EC. |
