| 摘 要： | 心室重构是心血管疾病心脏从代偿向失代偿转化的一种重要的病理过程,随着基质金属蛋白酶（MMPs）对心室重构中细胞外基质（ECM）重构重要性的确立,MMPs的合成和活性调控也日益受到重视。细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导物（extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer,EMMPRIN）由于其在其他组织中的独特的诱导MMPs合成、调节MMPs水平和活性的作用,引起了研究者对EMMPRIN-MMPs是否也影响心室重构的浓厚兴趣。本文就该通路对心室重构影响的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Ventricular remodeling is an important pathological process of cardiovascular diseases,in which heart function develops from compensated to decompensated.With the important role of matrix metalloproteinases（MMPs） in ventricular extracellular matrix（ECM） remodeling observed,there was an increasing attention to the regulation of MMPs synthesis and activation.Extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer（EMMPRIN） has been reported to induce and moderate the synthesis of MMPs in some tissues,which also aroused an intense interesting in whether EMMPRIN-MMPs can affect ventricular remodeling.This paper will review recent studies of this pathway on ventricular remodeling. |
