普米克联合沙丁胺醇治疗儿童哮喘急性发作

目的：观察氧气驱动普米克混悬液和沙丁胺醇吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。方法：采用随机对照分组研究方法,将60例哮喘急性发作患儿随机分为两组,每组30例。两组病例均采用抗感染、吸氧、吸痰、静脉滴注氨茶碱等综合治疗,治疗组在此基础上加氧气驱动普米克和沙丁胺醇吸入治疗。结果：观察组症状、体征、平均消失时间明显于短于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组比较有统计学意义。结论：对哮喘急性发作患儿应用普米克混悬液加沙丁胺醇溶液吸入,对改善症状、缩短病程明显优于对照组,疗效显著。且未发现任何副作用,适用于基层临床推广。

Treatment of Acute Onset of Children Asthm with Pulmicort and Aibuterol

Objective：To observe the driver pulmicort suspension liquid oxygen inhalation and albuterol treatment of acute attack of asthma in children clinical curative effect.Methods：randomized study group,60 patients with acute attack of asthma patients were randomly divided into two groups,and 30 cases.Two cases were adopted anti-infection,oxygen,sputum aspiration,intravenous drip comprehensive treatment,and aminophylline in treatment group based on the driver with oxygen inhalation and Salbutamol Pulmicort treatment.Results：the observation group symptoms,signs,the average time significantly in short to disappear in control group（P〈0.05）,the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusions：acute attack of asthma patients pulmicort application with suspension of inhaled Albuterol symptoms,shorten the duration of symptoms than control group,remarkable curative effect.And did not find any side effects.
