安徽省学校卫生监督执法检查与调查分析

目的　为了解全省大学、中专、中小学校的食品卫生、公共娱乐场所、预防性卫生监督、学校传染病的管理等 ,学校卫生法律、法规和卫生标准的执行情况。方法　根据国家卫生部的部署、方案 ,结合全省实际情况 ,对我省大学、中专、中小学 130 7所学校进行卫生监督执法检查。结果　学校的传染病管理基本规范 ,符合国家要求 ;学校的食品卫生管理优于学校的公共娱乐场所卫生管理 ;学校新、改、扩建项目基本上没有经卫生行政部门预防性卫生监督审查。结论　学校要严格执行各项卫生法律法规和卫生标准 ,认真贯彻《学校卫生工作条例》。

Analysis of Law Execution Inspection of School Sanitation Supervision in Anhui Province

Objective In order to understand execution of laws on food hygiene, public entertainment places, preventive sanitation supervision, infectious disease management in universities, technical secondary schools, middle schools and primary schools in Anhui province.Methods According to schemes and arrangements of Ministry of Public Health, law execution in 1307 schools was inspected combined with practical situation in Anhui province. Results Infectious disease management in the schools basically met national criterion. Food hygiene management was better than public recreation place management. Almost all new, rebuild and scale-up construction had not been approved by public health administration. Conclusions School must execute sanitation laws and hygiene criterion strictly and carry out School Sanitation Regulation seriously.
