P53和bcl-2蛋白在原发性肺鳞癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的 :探讨P53 、bcl- 2蛋白在原发性肺鳞癌组织中的表达及随访意义。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测经 5年随访的 6 6例肺鳞癌P53 、bcl- 2蛋白的表达。结果 :P53 、bcl - 2蛋白在原发性肺鳞癌中的阳性表达率分别为 5 6 1%和 2 7 3% ,其中在 2 1例有淋巴结癌转移的阳性率分别为 6 1 9%和 2 8 6 %。P53 和bcl- 2蛋白均阳性表达者预后显著差于阴性表达者 (P<0 0 1)。结论 :P53 、bcl- 2蛋白的异常表达与肺鳞癌的生物学行为及患者存活期密切相关 ,二者可作为评估预后的参考指标。

The expression and significance of P53 and bc1-2 protein in lung squamous carcinoma tissue

Objective:To study the clinical pathologic significance of P 53 ?bcl-2 expressions of squamous carcinoma in lung.Methods:Expressions of P 53 and bcl-2 proteins were determinated with immunohistochemistry in 66 cases of squamous cancer in lungs.Results:Positive rates of P 53 ?bcl-2 protein of 66 cases were 56.1% and 27.3%,respectively.Among of them,the positive rates of P 53 ?bcl-2 expressions in 21 cases of lymph node metastasis group were 61.9% and 28.6%,respectively.The poor prognosis of patients with P 53 ?bcl-2 positive expressions were showed by the follow-up material.Conclusion:Expressions of P 53 and bcl-2 proteins in lung squamous carcinoma are correlated with the malignant progression and play the important role on predicting the prognosis of lung squamous cancer patients.
