心理干预对乳腺癌根治术病人术后功能锻炼的影响

目的 探讨乳腺癌根治术患者心理护理干预对焦虑状况及术后功能锻炼效果影响.方法 选取我院收治的行乳腺癌根治术患者48例,将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上加强心理护理,比较两组护理效果.结果 观察组患者在护理后的SAS评分明显下降P＜0.05,而对照组护理前后无明显变化P＞0.05;观察组术后功能锻炼掌握优良率明显大于对照组P＜0.05.结论 心理干预在乳腺癌根治术患者的护理中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广.

The effect of psychological intervention on functional exercise of breast cancer patients who received radical mastectomy

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on the anxiety and postoperative functional exercise of patients with breast cancer. Methods Forty eight patients who received radical mastectomy were included in this study, they were divided into observation group and control group randomly. Patients in control group were given conventional nursing, however, patients in observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing, compared the nursing efficacy between the two groups. Results The postoperative SAS score of observation group decreased significantly （ P 〈 O. 05 ） , while the control group showed no obvious change （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The excellent and good rate of mastering functional exercises of observation group was significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions We acquire significant efficacy in the application of psychological intervention in nursing for patients received radical mastectomy, and worth of clinical promotion.
