宫腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨宫腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的疗效及安全性。方法选取我院2009年3月至2012年3月期间56例子宫黏膜下肌瘤经宫腔镜电切术治疗的临床资料作为观察组,与同期56例子宫肌瘤经开腹行子宫肌瘤剔除术作为对照组,比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后应用抗生素时间、术后下床时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间。结果观察组56例宫腔镜手术均顺利完成,与对照组相比手术时间、术中出血量、术后应用抗生素时间、术后下床时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),并无严重并发症发生。结论宫腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤是一种微创、安全、有效的方法,具有手术时间短、术中出血少、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优点,具有临床推广应用价值。

Clinical research on hysteroscopic treatment of the submucous uterine myoma

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of the hysteroscopic treatment of the submucous uterine myoma and security. Methods Select our hospital during March 2009 to March 2012, 56 cases of cervical submucosal myoma by hysteroscopic surgery clinical data as the observation group, compared with 56 cases hysteromyoma through open uterine fibroids out as control group, compared two groups of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative patients with antibiotics time, postoperative bed time, anus exhaust time and hospital stay. Results Observation group 56 cases are completed smoothly, hysteroscopy surgery compared with the control operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative use of antibiotics, postoperative bed time, anus exhaust time and hospitalization time difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and no serious complications occurred. Conclusions Hysteroscopic treatment of the submucosal uterine fibroids is a minimally invasive, safe and effective method, with shorter operation time, less intraoperative bleeding, rapid recovery, shorter hospitalization time, etc, have clinical application value.
