| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨综合护理干预在重症颅脑损伤昏迷患者气管切开术中的应用价值.方法 将116例重症颅脑损伤昏迷患者气管切开术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理,比较护理干预后神经功能评分、护理满意度及并发症的发生情况.结果 护理干预后,观察组患者神经功能评分、护理满意度及并发症的发生率均优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 综合护理干预可改善患者的神经功能,减少患者并发症的发生率,提高医疗救治的满意度.

The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in tracheotomy for coma patients induced by severe traumatic brain injury |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in tracheotomy for coma patients induced by severe traumatic brain injury. Methods 116 patients suffered from coma induced severe traumatic brain injury and received tracheotomy were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, patients in control group received routine care, and patients in observation group were given comprehensive care. The neurological function score, nursing satisfaction and complications after nursing intervention were compared. Results The neurological function score, nursing satisfaction and complications of observation group were better than those of the control group after the nursing intervention （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the neurological function of patients, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction on medical treatment. |
